I had my second session of deep cleaning. Trang is the best hygenist ever and I'm 62, so I've been to a lot of dentist offices and lots of cleanings!
She is so kind, professional, full of practical advice, encourages you even when you're not a good flosser, makes you comfortable and says "raise your hand if you need anything." Very helpful, but I didn't need anything because Trang is so good at her job. Even the novacaine shots were a breeze. I told her about my botched session with a previous hygenist in our city, how I was not given any info about the session, and was not offered nitrous oxide when I was given 12 shots of novacaine! Never again, I'm in the gentle hands of Trang, and highly recommend her at this professional and caring office at Smilelines! Thank you Trang, Maria and the others I was given great patient care!
