I was caring for my 3 grandchildren on 12/9/17. Because I am in poor health, my daughter ordered a pizza for them for their dinner to have it delivered, ( which we have done more than one time). She ordered online, giving her credit card number (again, something we have done before). Normally, I just sign when it is delivered, but a young delivery girl (with an attitude) said I couldn't have the food unless she could see the credit card. Of course, I didn't have it .... my daughter was not at home. She said she wouldn't leave our food unless she saw the card. Her attitude was less than professional. I offered to use my card and was told she couldn't take it and I would have to call it in. Obviously it was impossible for me to comply, so she left with the food and 3 little upset grandchildren watching their dinner leave, which was obviously a special treat for them. After reviewing the online ordering process, I can see no place where it says the card needs to be presented at time of delivery. I order from many places here in Maricopa and have never, ever encountered this. To add insult to injury ..... my daughter's credit card was charged for food that the delivery person refused to leave. We have a large extended family and friends, which I will share this experience with. It is safe to say that there are at least 10 families that will never go to Pizza Hut again. A credit to my daughter's credit card needs to be issued or I will report you to the Better Business Bureau.

This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut in the nation! Stay clear unless you want to be insulted, humiliated and have an order so poorly organized that you too most likely won't even bother trying to eat it. They made mistakes in the order, refused to straighten it out, left me on the phone for over 10 minutes trying to "wait me out" then answered and hung up on me, 2 TIMES...
