Do not rent here not only will they find any excuse to take your deposit but they will charge you for pre existing stuff the apartment had upon 5 minutes of giving my honest review the manager took it upon herself to call me because she was upset about the review are you serious she is upset at me for giving an honest review how professional..save yourself your time and money and rent somewhere else!

I do not recommend Vista Verde to anyone. Office staff is extremely rude. Every time I have entered the office there has been an issue with a tenant. Maintenence takes forever to respond. Complex is not the cleanest. Jacuzzi tub is broken 9 times out of 10. They claim they are pet friendly, but they are not. There are only 2 pet waste cans in the entire complex which explains why no one cleans up after their pet. The only dumpster in the complex is infested with raccoons day and night. Don't bother checking this place out. Not somewhere you would want to live.

Worst place ever!!! Do not rent here !! Be ware!! Appliances, AC units very old, never chance filters !! It's not worth it for the money
