The staff is courteous and very pleasant to deal with. My exam was very thorough, and I felt like the doctor really cared about me. I wasn't pressured into buying more options then I needed or wanted. When my glassed were ready, about a week later, they were exactly what I ordered. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I definately recommend this business to others.

The only reason I give this business one star is because in past years they were a decent business. In the past two years they have apparently changed staff and there is nothing nice that I can say about them. I had problems with them last year and thought twice about using them again this year but figured maybe they were just having a bad day when we visited last year. I was definitely wrong to think twice about it and give them another chance. I scheduled my appointment as the first one for the day and ended up waiting 45 minutes because the doctor was not even on time. Not one of the 3 employees even bothered to inform any of the waiting customers (6 by the time the doctor showed up) that the doctor was running late or even offered to reschedule the appointments. The doctor barely even apologized and then rushed through the exam without even taking time to listen to our responses to her questions which led to errors being written into the chart. The employees are extremely rude to the customers, not helpful or even attempting to be courteous. I will be finding a new optometrist for next year's exam. For anyone thinking of visiting this office, I would say choose somewhere else. The disorganization of the employees and outward hostility towards the customers is not worth wasting your time here. I did not even bother to order glasses from them, we took the prescription and went to Walmart.
