I have been using this company for years and they have always been professional and courteous. They do what they say they are going to do and don't sell me services I don't need. I trust them completely.

Responding to Nicole L, we are so sorry that you have had a negative experience with us. We have been in business for 25 years and have always tried to provide our services to our customers' satisfaction. We realize that accidents happen and we addressed the issue immediately. Ken came out to your property with the HOA on the day the rock hit your window to access the damage. He contacted the window company immediately and they came out the next day and ordered a window. Ken also came out the next day to clean up the glass but it was already cleaned up, and Nicole's boyfriend came out to tell Ken that he had cleaned it up. The window was a special order because of the size, so it was repaired as soon as the window company could make it. We paid for the window the day it was replaced, and we have a great relationship with the window company and have always paid our bills. The time frame for the repair was out of our hands. The other issues you have had with us have been addressed, corrected, and notated through the communications we had with the HOA and the management company. We are sorry you do not feel the outcome was satisfactory

I had a party that was scheduled for Saturday and called a bunch of landscapers on Tuesday because I am so last minute. Ken was awesome to talk to. He wasn't sure if he could do it and let me know. Even if they couldn't do it, I really appreciated the honesty. Fortunately he could and boy were they fast and did a spectacular job too!!! I will be hiring them to do a lot more work and recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing landscaping business! KEN ROCKS! His phone has changed to 815-568-8990...check his website!
