Spent over $100 for a premium bouquet and specified "no flower change". Phoned a couple hours later to confirm arrangement would be delivered and they said they didn't have any of the same flowers and they made one with what they had in stock. Had the recipient snap a photo and it was NOTHING like I ordered. I will never use this florist again, it was clearly a "bait and switch" as it didn't matter what I ordered, they never phoned me to say they were unable to fulfill the order. I was embarrassed by what my guests received. ...yuck!

What a beautiful shop with many unique gifts that are not found in any other shops in the area. I got Godiva chocolates and a bottle of Mum champagne with my vase of 12 roses for my anniversary....all from Marco Island Florist. I will shop with them from my Florida home as well as my northern location. Thank you for making gift giving easy!!
