I ordered a 5T tuxedo three weeks in advance of my cousin's wedding and was charged $26 for "expedited shipping." I wasn't told about this "shipping" charge until a week before the tux was supposed to arrive. Apparently, the salesman had messed up the order and it wasn't put through when I had actually ordered it. When I pointed this out to the staff, they blew me off. VERY poor customer service - I'm surprised a place like this can stay in business!
