I have been to the Auto zone in Maple Grove, MN 3 times and the employees are not very knowledgable about car parts and do not even seem to know how to work their own computers. I was happy an Auto Zone opened near my home, but I will not go back to this place. Examples: 1st time in asked for a part employee did not go get it right away and helped someone else out while I waited 10 minutes. 2nd time I went in for a part the guy said we do not have it then found it after my help. 3rd time I waited 15 minutes for the employee to check me out. This is the worst Autozone I have ever been to.
