Retro Tech is a completely unreliable roofing company who does not stand by the 100% satisfaction guarantee they advertise. They also do not stand by the useless warranty they provide.

I was require to pay half at signing of contract and the remainder at time services were complete. I paid them in full prior to services being complete(yes stupid me) and they never returned to complete the job. They also have not complied with providing me a copy of my contract.

My home now has roof leaks it did not have before and the power washing I paid for still has not been performed.

This company is totally unreliable and falsely advertises their services. I will now half to hire somebody to complete the job and use my vacation time in small claims court. $2000.00 down the drain for a small mobile home job.
