I phoned for directions (since I was from out of town); the owner's directions to the antique mall were so clear that I was able to find it w/o using the 'scenic route. The owner greeted me as soon as I walked in the door & listened intently while I told her how I had learned about the mall. I felt like she was genuinely happy & eager to serve. I accidentally broke an ornament that I had intended to purchase; I took it to the cash register & confessed what had happened. The owner actually refused to take payment for the broken item since I was honest about the accident. I did purchase several other items & I will be definitely shop there again if I am ever w/in a 50-mile radius of the Manteno Antique Mall.
