WHAT A PLACE! Fun environment! AMAZING food! Super FAST service! Friendly staff! HUGE portions! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've dined here several times over the past year, so this review is long overdue.

Texas Roadhouse, Mansfield, Tx. never disappoints! I wish I could tell you to go on a day when a certain manager is there, or refer you to a particular server or bartender, but I can't.

The thing here is consistency. The quality of service and food is consistently excellent. I find the Texas Roadhouse team to be friendly, professional, accommodating and knowledgeable, from the greeters to management.

Menu: My favorite menu item is the rib eye- bone in, and I love that I get to choose my own! The chili is great also, topped with cheese and onions, yummy!

Atmosphere: I love the cowboy wrangler, country western vibe. As a native Texan, I feel right at home.

Misc: Parking is never a problem, even at their peak dinner times. The restaurant is family friendly, with a nice bar area to boot.

Texas Roadhouse is in a totally different class than Chili's and TGIFriday, so if you have a choice, and you don't want to be frustrated with so-so, unpredictable food and service, choose Texas Roadhouse.

From a business perspective, TR is customer focused and has a very obvious good hiring and training model. I particularly appreciate that employees and managers seem to have the autonomy to make decisions, versus blaming everything on coorporate. The staff also works as a team, the "this is not my area" attitude is not how they operate.

This is the first review that I've ever written on a restaurant, but the service that I received from my waiter, Mr. Corey, and the manager, Ms. Tara (sp?), pushed me over the edge ����
