I went into the shop not expecting much but got GREAT customer service. I picked up cupcakes and ordered a cake. The cake was way more than I expected and well worth the price. The owner came out when I ppicked up the cake to make sure everything was to my liking and also carried the cake out to the car for me, thanked me for my business and wished me a great party. I thought that was sweet and a personal stuff that I had not received before at any another place. So I would recommend this bakery to everyone and I will be back myself!

I went to this bakery yesterday to order a birthday cake. The young lady working at the counter told me that cakes had to be ordered through her manager who was not there at the time. She took down my name & number and what kind of cake I was looking for. She told me that her manager would call me back that same day or the next day. I still have not received a call back from anyone to take my cake order. This is just ridiculous. A bakery that can't take an order from you if you walk in??? I wasted time out of a busy day to actually go in person to order my cake. Oh well, they have now lost my business & I will not ever return. I have now placed my cake order with another bakery!!
