Found this company because one of their technician was working on a neighbors house. On 7/9 a guy named John came to my house to start the chemical service, when he started the pump it didn't run however it worked the day before but anyway he said the pump will need to be replaced and he'll be back 7/13. I did replaced the pump that monday 7/13 afternoon so I guessed the guy was doing his job as nobody told me otherwise.



Today is 7/27 and my pool is really really green, I called the company and long story short they said they didn't do the job because my pump wasn't running and they never called to say so.



My advise, they offer a good price but they service and customer service is really bad. Check for other reviews on this guys before you commit or you will regret it.
