this is a wonderful Cancun Tan Location always very friendly and the establishment is always clean and very nice -Staff is always very helpful and not overly pushy they actually care about me as there customer . I always enjoy Tanning Here every year I enjoy going inn to get tan for the summer- and spray Tan for special occasions -

The tanning salon staff has become so much nicer and more knowledgeable about the equipment and the memberships. I would recommend them to anyone!

Went in for a 3 month membership. The girl working there said they only do month to month. "No problem though just come in and cancel your membership after the second month." she told me. Fine Ill do that. Well 2 months go by and i call to cancel but was told no you have come in person and fill out some paperwork. OK I said, when do I need to do this. "By the 15th of July she said. So i go in on the 14th and fill out the paper work. Done! right, WRONG. August rolls around and I get get charged again $38.95 for a membership that I have already canceled. Got the owners phone number. Being the respectful businessman that he is all he had to say was you have to give a 30 day notice to cancel and that I should read my contracts a little better in the future.



Well Sunny (the owner) if your teenage bimbos knew your business a little better I would have been told 2 things, 1. that there is a 3 month membership that I could have signed up for, 2. when I called to cancel the girl could have at least told me that i needed to give a 30 day notice.



I wonder hoe much money you screw people out of with this 30 notice thing. Why cant you walk in any time you want and cancel. Then the next payment is your last. Ill tell you why its a way to squeze one more payment out of your customers. You and every other tanning salon owner should be ashamed. You know the only reason to have this 30 day notice is because most people are not going to take the time to read over your every word of your contract. ITS A TANNING MEMBERSHIP FOR GODS SAKE!



So keep my $38.95. Just another example of shady business practices in America. If this is the way you make your money I pity you.



For anyone reading this stay away from this place. There beds are average at best, they don't even provide a head rest in their lay down beds. And trust me when it comes time to cacel your membership they will find a loophole to get another payment or two out of you. And there is nothing you can do but call your bank to stop the payments which will cost you around $40.00
