I just left burger king and was told by the manager John that they were closed at 10:10pm.. However the location doesn't. closre until midnight. He offered no explanation or anything.

I have just had it with this Burger King at 3151 Matlock Road in Mansfield Texas!!!!!! it is the most poorly managed fast food restaurant I have ever been to. It is always so dirty and unkept. As if they don't care how the restaurant looks. They are always out of something whether it be straws or napkins. The icy machine is always on defrost. There is always a wait no matter what and no matter if you are inside or at the drive thru. While at your restaurant today 10/09/07 something had burned, and I saw one of the employees on his cell phone where you would make the burgers. The employees always come across as if they don't have a clue or just don't care. So that is truly displeasing. Customer service is a big deal to me and this Burger King fails big time!!!!! I think this must be a franchise because I couldn't see the Corporation allowing one of their restaurants to be ran so poorly as this one is. It is really a joke sometime at this Burger King! Just to be someone looking in, I would give this Burger King the worst rating I could possible give it. And I give people the benefit of the doubt because we all have bad days, but everytime I have ever gone in this Burger King they are having a bad day!!!! What is it with this one. I go to the one that is in Arlington Texas now because the one in Mansfield is just terrible!!!! Living in Mansfield Texas and having to go out my way to Arlington is far more worth it. At least the service is good and they keep a clean restaurant. I wish I had the money to buy the Mansfield restaurant out. I would gut it and start all over with a new store and a brand new staff!!!!! just to show them how a restaurant is supposed to be ran. The customers that live and have businesses in Mansfield deserve a better restaurant than this one. Give us a break....
