This place is ridiculous! It's a freaking joke. They had my truck for over 8 months until the insurance finally pulled it out of their shop. It's now at a dealership and they are trying to fix everything that Service King did wrong. It's been a total of 9 months, 9 months since the accident!!!!! They may know how to sand, paint, buff, and polish, but when it comes to more technical and mechanical things, they are incompetent, unqualified, and incapable of completing the job correctly. I completely regret taking my truck to them. Please, Please do not use them. The best bet is to take your vehicle to a big dealership where they have to follow procedures and where they deal with these things on a day to day basis. Believe it or not these 9 months have caused marital arguments, days of missed work, and a hell of a lot of stress. Not one time did a manager or supervisor have the audacity to talk to me and explain why it was taking so long to finish my work. I will bash them every chance I get to prevent others from making the same mistake I did and take their vehicle there.

I would think twice. They have caused so much damage and although smile to your face and act like they are going to take care of it after 5 times and 5 weeks 5 days, have made no progress. Each time it went to the shop they simply wasted time and did nothing to repair the vehicle. I requested 4 visits ago that they simply send me elsewhere but they said they were able to take care of this, however they have now decided that they are not going to do anymore. The email received acts as they have made this decision, when many visits ago I requested this. They cannot repair a vehicle and are rude.

Very nice, clean shop. They fixed my air conditioning quick which was a relief in this Texas heat. Will bring my car here again!

Top notch all the way! The customer service here is OUTSTANDING, but most importantly the body work is TOP NOTCH! Having worked in auto body repair many years ago, I know the kind of mess that some shops try to pass off, and I can assure you that CS is not one of them! I surveyed the work done to my Accord very closely, and it was as close to flawless as you can get! They cut no corners and went the extra mile. Ask for Cory when you go in, you WILL NOT be disappointed!
