First of all make clear that Brenda P. The manager didn't do her job..it's a poor manager who don't want to deal with an Un happy costumer. .I puchased a washer and dryer on Thurs 8/28 I called order in on the mansfield ohio ph number. Was told it would be delivered sat today..no that's not happening. .so I called ms Brenda P the manager who said she would fund out what's going on for me..instead of her calling me she had an assc. Call me who was very nice who couldn't make me happy and brenda knew this..so instead of her handling the situation her self she dumped it on her employee..instead always like Sears but there customer service sucks...instead will never use them again I will tell all my friends not to use mansfield sears too..and oh by the way I have a lot of family and friends..if sears were to make this right with me I will then post it on here to. .sincerely sharon J
