We purchased our first house in 1944 through Mechanics at 6% interest.--I am still with mechanics to this day.

ATTN: PRESIDENT

I HAVE BEEN WITH MECHANICS FOR 25-30 YEARS & RECENTLY HAVE AQUIRED A CREDIT HISTORY REPORT & I HAVE FOUND TWO NEGATIVE ITEMS ON THE REPORT FROM MECHANICS BANK,REGARDING BEING LATE ON MY MORTGAGE PAYMENT & CREDIT CARD YEARS AGO. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO REMOVE THESE ITEMS & THEY HAVE REFUSED TO DO SO! STATING THAT IS COMPANY POLICY. I REALLY DON'T THINK THEY CARE THAT MUCH ABOUT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!

I have banked with Mechanics for 18 years and have not had the multiple fees that other banks are charging, but still have the same services.
