Im trying to replace a bay window. Customer service is terrible. I asked for a premium window and wasnt sold what i asked for plus it was poor quality. Then when Sunrise window was inatalled, it was broken within 2 days of installation. Neither company is working to help me resolve this issue. Its been a month.

I was in the process of remodeling my bathroom to a Handi-cap acess shower and I had Mr. Ken Flowers give me an estimate. As I ama Dis-abled Veteran the job went thru the V.A. which in very extensive an there was`nt a problem with there bid. They are very courteous and PROFESSIONal in the work.
