Really exceptional service! I purchase everything from Advantage and will never shop anywhere else because they really know how to take care of my needs as a builder.

Advtange Applicance is a wonderfully supportive company - until you need service. Fair deals for products but I would not recommend using them for service. They are difficult to make appointments with, rude - as though your service call is an inconvenience - and do not offer the kind of customer service a company supposedly in business for over 20 years would provide. A person buying products from this company will receive comparable prices with good sales service, but repair service beyond the sale is poor.

Purchased several appliances from Advantage Appliance over a 2-3 year period. All was well until I needed them to support what they sold me. Had several issues with a very expensive ( $6,000) built in fridge. The units was dead for over 5 weeks. After 5 unsuccessful service calls by manufacture, I turned to Advantage for help. Not only did they do nothing, but the owner insulted me and claimed I was the "worst customer he has had in 20 years." Imagine that, the appliance they sold me was dead for 5 weeks and I ask for help from the person who sold it to me and suddely I'm a bad customer. I wasn't so bad when I was spending $15,000 with them. Stay away from these guys.
