I called around to several places after we moved into our new house and discovered a cat odor problem coming from the carpet and tile. Erik the owner was the only person that took the time to talk to me and explain about getting out cat urine odors, and did not over promise. All the larger places just wanted to set an appointment, it was the personal service from Clean Care that made me decide to go with them. He arrived on time and again explained the cleaning and the products he would be using. He was efficient and did a great job at removing cat odor from our carpet and tile in bathroom. The products smelled great and 30 days later can still smell the fresh scent. Will be calling again for future carpet cleaning needs. Great service, better than larger chains.
