I bought a BMW that they only disclosed scratches. When i received the car the engine said drive train malfunction. it needed a new motor. called the dealership they stated i bought as is nothing they can do about it. but they had no problem disclosing the fact it had a couple scratches??? It was their responsibility to inform me of EVERYTHING that was wrong if they knew about it and THEY DID!

I bought a car from this dealership and had it shipped to me. I bought the car as is and when it arrived it struggled to start and when it did a light came on that said drive train malfunction. I called the dealership they said they could do nothing due to it being sold AS IS.. well i understand that but it is their responsibility to disclose EVERYTHING that is wrong before selling as is. They had no issues stating the car had several scratches on it but couldn't disclose the engine was blown!!! They knew it had engine problems and didnt disclose.
