You will not be disappointed by the quality of products that Carpet One has on hand. Even the staff is top notch.

Worked with Manhattan Ks store to provide flooring for our new home construction. Bottom line not pleased with service. Provided months lead time only to get delivery date promised and then delays. Yesterday tile for backsplash had several delivery date changes only to find out it was never ordered and would not be delivered. Result of all this is we have wood flooring of two different finishes (salesperson found a few boxes to get us started) so we have a line down our wood floor of two different tones, had to scramble to find tiles for installer tomorrow. The delays have cost us over a month in building time which has cost us interest on construction loan and higher interest rates on converting our construction loan to conventional due to interest rate increases. I will never recommend your service with the promises and delays and higher cost it creates.
