The team really helped me out. It seems like the crew really wanted to make my experience the best.

My boyfriend and I went to KFC around 10:20 last night.... our mashed potatoes & gravy were cold, my biscuit was cold, my (3) chicken tenders were absolutely disgusting. 2 of them were basically burnt and tasted like they say in the fryer for an extra minute, and the third one was very soggy and not appealing at all. very very disappointed in them. I have never had a problem with thembefore. but after tonight i will not ever be going back..

Wanted to try the new KFC location. The previous store was disgusting. Wisely, they knocked it down and built an entirely new structure.The sign outside says "Five tasty meals" for their $5 fill up promotion. Got inside and was told they only had three and the one I normally get was not one of them. Then the sweet tea dispenser was just water. An employee said they were out, but no one thought to put up a sign. The biscuit was hard as a rock. The mashed potatoes container was 3/4 gravy. It's easy to see this store is going the same bad route of the previous one. Bad management will run any store out of business. The Colonel would be ashamed.

This was a really good eating experience for me, especially considering the service given by other fast food restaurants these days. You basically feel like family when you go there! The prices are great and the lines were managed really well. I got my food soon after ordering, and was very happy with it! The food is perfectly cooked, and I’m really glad this KFC opened in this part of town.

Beautiful location. Eat there prolly twice a week and have loved the food and their customer service everytime..I am excited to have KFC back in our town. Their numbering system was a little confusing but upon my suggestion they even changed that now and only using two digits now. Thanks guys.

I was so very happy to see KFC come to town. Unfortunately, these folks just can't seem to get it together. From confusing 2 and 4 digit number ordering systems, confusing menu items (meal deals specifically), and NOT changing the oil before frying I have been nothing short of disappointed! I eat at KFCs ALL OVER the United States, (Tampa, Florida, Chesapeake, Virginia, Chicago, Illinois, and several locations in Dallas, Texas). I cannot believe that the Little Apple can't seem to bring themselves to the "KFC Standard" that I am accustomed to. You folks have a LOT of work to do! You have a BRAND NEW BEAUTIFUL location. If you expect to stay up to par with Chic Fil A, I suggest you focus on QUALITY food (changing oil!), Customer Service and GOOD communication in a CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE, and SOON! :0) I won't be returning until I KNOW for certain that you have pulled yourselves together!

Pays his employees a non living wage and charges $46.00 for a 20 pc bucket of chicken, I will not patronize this exploutation of americans
