The landlord never fixes anything. Grass gets mowed once a month. Stray cats EVERYWHERE. The office smells like cat urine and looks like it should be shut down by the health dept. The trailer houses have fleas(from the stray cats getting underneath the trailers), roaches, and bad ant problems and the landlord will NOT do anything about it. My ceiling leaked really bad and looks like it's gonna fall in. The floor is weak in some spots so be careful. Luckily the lease is week-week and no contract so when your tired of dealing w/ bugs, a rude lazy landlord, and a leaky ceiling you can just give your 30 days notice...and don't expect your deposit back!!
