There are two older ladies running this shop and its a small town. They know what they are talking about and do beautiful work. Just have to call. :)

It took these ladies OVER a month to embroider 1 baby blanket!!! I could understand if they were doing it by hand, but it's a machine for goodness sake! No call to let me know they were backed up, no call at all... I still haven't gotten it back yet, and at this point, I just want the blanket and I will take it somewhere else... BAD customer service!!
