This is my second time using Steve's Lock & Safe, although I had forgotten, since I have coincidently picked them out of the yellow pages both times now. This must be becausee the other selections above them are horrible to deal with. The first company I picked had someone with a heavy accent, I couldn't understand. When I asked if they were located in Manhattan Beach, they said that they were "mobile." Not a good sign to me.

The second and third selections were wrong numbers, the fourth a machine answered, and finally I reached Steve's and was greeted by a warm, friendly american voice. Thank you!

Frank was the locksmith sent to me and even though I had been told he would arrive in an hour, he arrived in 30 minutes exceeding my expectations. He completed his job so quitely and efficiently that when he came back to give me the bill, I had forgotten he was even there working on my door. The job was to rekey the front door of an office. Frank was very courteous as before and happily processed my mastercard. I will definitely not forget these guys for the next time!
