They were 30 minutes late. The limousine was dirty & when the driver wasn't talking on the phone or smoking he was actually pretty nice. It was more of a cab ride than a night out in a limo. We had a good time in spite of our limo. Next time I goggle a company and read some reviews first !

This company is full of liars! There service was not good. Customer service sucks! they are a bunch of liars they promise too much and do not do what they offered you. The owner DAVID is the worst one he makes it seem like evertyhing is gonna be fabolous but you receive crappy service and crappy limousines. They are LATEEEEEEEE always....... As you can read the above comments alot of people they think alike like me. LATE SERVICE, BAD SERVICE, UNEXPERIENCED DRIVERS we almost crashed that night because ther driver was on the cellphone!!! i would neverrrrrrrrr everrrrrrrrr rent from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked this limo as a surprise for my wedding anniversary and it never showed up. I called Dave to find out what the deal was and his reply, and I quote, "was that today?" I of course expected the refund that we had discussed and instead I opened my bill to find TWO SEPARATE CHARGES, both made on the same day, FOR A SERVICE I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED! I called to complain and demand a full refund and his reply was, again I quote, "you'll have to call your credit card company then, my dear", and then he promptly hung up on me. STEER CLEAR OF PS LIMO SERVICE unless you want to be totally disappointed and charged double.
