Kenny and August are great! I brought my three cars there (Audi and two Porsche) and we do everything from regular oil change to my old Audi needing to replace various things (sparks plug etc etc). My Porsche Cayenne Diesel in particular keeps on having problem. Every time I bring the Cayenne Diesel in for oil change/ service with Kenny. They always find issues with the car , where I would not be able to do the service with Kenny and instead need to bring it back to Porsche dealer because the Cayenne Diesel is still under warranty. This has happened three times and those three times, Kenny always do the right thing where instead of going ahead with doing oil change/ others, he told me to bring it back to the dealer to make sure the dealership fix it since it is still under warranty. Every time after the dealers fix it, I will then bring it back to Kenny to fix the car. Autowerkstatt is very popular and busy so it takes a week usually to get an appointment in the book. But I'm definitely going to be their long time customer based on this service level. Thanks Kenny and August!
