Waitress was leaning on my hubby.

My Husband and family had brunch there about a week ago, 2/15/09 to be exact, and I was in shock at how terrible the service was. If I could have given them a zero I would have. For example, while the waiter was taking our drink order, after us sitting there for 5-10 minutes, he asked if we were ready to which I replied we are still waiting for 2 more. Before I could even get out "could we have a high chair for our infant, he turn around and walked off! We got our drinks brought to us by the bus boy about 5 minutes later and then had to change tables because he could not accomidate 6 people at the table we were at. So we changed tables and got a new waitress. She was equally as unimpressive. As she was trying to take our order I could see her out of the corner of my eye, rolling her eyes at us! Our salads were literally dropped down in front of us, our food came out cold, our side items came out after we were through with our meals and our drinks were not refilled once! I consider myself a fairly understanding person being that I worked in the food industry for 7 yrs. while in school, but I've never experienced service like this. For being a "fine dining" atmosphere the waitstaff and food were way under par. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!! It was that bad!

Excellent Food and wonderful service. Ask for the world famous Elizabeth for your wautress. She is fantastic.

Great seafood. Never a bad experience. A bit pricey but who isn't these days. Contrary to other reviews I have found posted, the owner and wait staff have been very courteous.

I was with a group of 11 people at lunch time (with a reservation). It took us 1 hour and 45 minutes to get our salads. 2 hours for our food and 2 1/2 hours later, still no check. The table of 12 besides us that came in at the same time had their check before we even received our salads. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting for our salads, we spoke with the manager and our salads arrived 1 minute later. 20 minutes after finishing our meals and no waittress, we went inside to speak with a manager with no luck (they were "busy"). The waittress was at the register with the owner adding gratuity to our checks. After complaining to the waitress (in front of the owner) that 2 1/2 hours for lunch was unacceptable, all we received was extreme attitude from the waitress and a no reaction from the owner. Oh, their was no apologies whatsever about food time or service from ANYONE.If their owner sees this as acceptable business practice, they will never receive my business again.
