Provided by YP.comHorrible experience. We were selling our house and the buyer requested us to specifically use this contractor. Buyer requested that small amount of stucco be repaired, we agreed and both parties signed off. The contractor agreed to quote on the invoice JUST the stucco repair. Instead he sent us an invoice listing all these other repairs ON THE DAY OF THE CLOSING. We had tried to follow up with him for 4 weeks leading up to the closing. Then buyer comes back and says we have to pay it all or he isn't buying the house. Extremely unprofessional and shady. Do not recommend.
We are sorry about your experience Ms. Emily, but we've done what buyers have requested. The buyers want to make sure that their investment is in good condition. We report nothing but what we see and what is required by industry standards for a home to properly function. We understand and we do meet a lot of angry sellers when we perform inspection and provide list of defects that have to be corrected and prices with descriptions on how to. However, if you would be the one buying the house, you would be grateful for the company like ours to inspect and report to you the problem with home you were trying to invest in so you wouldn't be at loss later. We provide professional services and report only our observations and results of moisture testing nothing more and nothing less. We are not here to please people by reporting only what they want to; we are here to do our due diligence and our job

Provided by YP.comVery detailed inspection. After trying several different "experts" Walter is the only one who really truly knew what he is doing. A true, expert, would not use anyone else. They warranty their work too! No one does that!
