If you get a loft they will tell you upfront that they are HARDER to cool. What they should tell you is that the lofts DO NOT cool down at all well in the summer. They did not tell me the truth about the loft. THEY LIED TO GET ME INTO THE APARTMENT. My loft would hold a temperature of 86-88 degrees up until 10:00PM at night even with the air conditioner on high. My utility bills in this tiny loft were almost $150.00 a month and it was hotter than hot coals. It was horrible. So they have a rule against double parking yet their good friend Mark in building "C" parks his junky truck in the middle of two parking spots. I complained 13 days in a row and he still was allowed to double park. He should have been evicted. They still allow this immature thug to park this way. The management has a HUGE problem with integrity. Lack of integrity is corruption.

It's a great place to live. Safe, nice grounds with pool etc. If something is wrong and you need maintenance they are quick. Usually only takes a day. Apts run around $940 a month for a 2 bedroom.



Big drawback is the $50 late fee and $5 a day added to it every day after that one is late. In this economy, alot are late and they give about two wks and plaster an eviction notice. Then if they send it for eviction it adds about another $150 to it.



If one isn't late on rent it's a wonderful place.
