In order for me to write a review, the service/product has to either be, really good or really bad. In this case, I can’t stop singing the praises of AnyTime Auto Glass. Here’s why: Imagine getting a call from your child’s school to learn the news that you are now responsible for a broken window on the back of another student’s car. While it was verified as an accident, I was still responsible for the damage. Surprise, your Christmas budget was just erased [Turn the page].

The owner of the vehicle called a local glass company (same zip code). I called a different company, which started with the letter “A.” His company wanted a significantly higher price for the same window and wouldn’t have the rear window in stock until the following Tuesday, which was 5 days out. I called AnyTime. [Turn the page].

AnyTime was able to locate the exact window needed but it was located on the South Shore. David, the service manager, assured me (at 11:30am) that they would pick up the window and be back on the Northshore, ready for installation by 2pm. This would save the day because school dismissal was at 3pm and the rain was heading our way. [Turn the page].

AnyTime arrived on the school campus at 1:48p, installed the window, cleaned up the debris, and I received the message that all was good at 3:12p. This was my first and only experience with AnyTime and my assessment is this: They did what they said; they went out of their way to treat me as a valued customer; and they made it clear that “Any” time, “Any” where, they have my back. With the highest of exhortation, I will continue to sing the praises of AnyTime Auto Glass.
