I can only give our impressions from their sales person. We asked for Simonton, but he tried to sell us another brand that "Is better than Simonton, at about the same price." Our internet research showed the alternative brand was inferior to Simonton and sold at a lower price. Asked about taxes. "Actually, we pay the sales tax" was the response as if I was stupid enough to believe they didn't pass the cost on to the consumer. Styling advice was bad in our opinion and price came in about 15% higher than our second bid.
