NW Tire in Mandan has been getting my business for at least 10 years and I couldn't be more satisfied. Eric is so wonderful to work with and I trust him completely. I am a 54 year old female with no mechanical expertise and feel very comfortable that I will get the best advice and service there always. I would recommend them to anyone! CS

Took car in for a wheel alignment and was told that it needed an outer tie rod before the alignment could be done. That's fine. I went to pick it up to put the tie rod in myself. They charged me $25 just to look at it for maybe 5 minutes. Any good shop will drop these fees especially knowing I would be back and they would make $85 from the alignment. Now that is the last $25 they will ever get from me.

Severe over charge on parts...

Never again.
