The manager is a thief

I checked in and I pay 4 nights cash money and I find out the room is terrible the mattress was full of bugs then I decided to check out early 2 night before and first the manager said I can't give you the cash back I will give you credit for 2 nights not no money back so he ended give me money back but he charger me some kind of fees so I loss money just to check out early even I said to him 12 hours before imma check out early be aware the rooms they nasty and the manager is a THIEF
