I just ate here, and I had a wonderful experience, people were so friendly, with a big smile we were welcomed, my daughter is expecting and was congratulated at the door, the lady that took us to our table was so friendly specially with the kids, then there was Jeremy C "Spectacular" friendly, attentive at all the time, took care of us in a timely manner, hot bread just out from the oven, the food hot, and very good. I have eaten at O'Charley before, (at Buford Ga. Memphis, TN. +) but, O'Charley at Manchester TN. you ROCk!

I love the food but it's like the Waitress's have there minds on something else. You have to wait a long time to be waited on. I'll still come In I just wanted to be honest.

We have gone here twice now. The only reason we went the second time: we were hoping the BAD service was just a fluke. Were we ever wrong. We had a party of 7. We got there at 4:30 on a friday night. We ordered two appetizers, 4 steaks with potatoes, Chicken fingers, fish and chips and teriyaki chicken. We got the two appetizers (they were amazing) Then our dinners came. We got the steaks and no potatoes (we were told they were out of them), the chicken fingers and no dipping sauce ( it took them 10 min to bring ranch to the table when we were sitting right next to the kitchen) The fish and chips were great as long as you didn't want tartar sauce (that came with the ranch in about 10 min.) The teriyaki chicken was disgusting, all you could taste was the teriyaki, it was drowned in it. there was a giant puddle of it at the bottom of the plate.

We asked for smashed potatoes when we were told there were no more baked potatoes (by the way we saw 5 baked potatoes on another order come out 15 min later), we never got the smashed potatoes.

Then comes the bill............ We were charged, charged mind you, for 23 coffees. I thought coffee was free refills and even then, if they weren't, we did not order 20 refills.

I love O Charley's, However I will NEVER be returning to this one.
