Martel Realty (Sterling Homes) had been awesome to work with! They are building our dream home and I couldn't ask for a better team of professionals. Everything has been communicated well, even when I was indecisive and kind of a pain, they were patient and provided expert advise. They made the building process painless, even when I can't make up my mind lol!

Don't use Martel Realty/Sterling Homes unless you want to be disappointed. They will constantly delay completion and poor craftsmanship. FYI - This is a wife (w/Martel)/husband (w/Sterling) team.
