I can't speak for his cleaning ability, but he claims to specialize in hardwood floor restoration. DO NOT let him near your floors and DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES give him any money up front. We gave him some money up front to "cover material costs". After months of not showing up when he said he would and doing a truly terrible job (on the rooms he managed to get done) - deep grooves in the floors, swirl marks, air bubbles in the poly from not removing the dust first, poly on doors and trim, etc, we fired him and asked for just some of our money back. He agreed to refund $300. After weeks of him saying "I'll stop by with a check" or "I'll get it to you next week", we just gave up. He'll try and convince you he's an honest, hardworking guy. NOT
