Craig Trudel entered into an agreement to do a pool demolition project on my property in Londonderry 9/14/2016 and accepted a deposit of $3000. Originally the work was supposed to begin a few days later. Craig continually delayed the start of the project after many no call no shows (around 5) and eventually texted my wife that they would not be doing the project anymore and had mailed a refund check on 10/11/2016. If that were true I would have received the check by now. It does not take 3 days for first class mail items to be delivered in-state. Craig has repeatedly lied to me and my wife and I am afraid I am not going to get my deposit back without taking legal action. At this point he won't answer or return any of my calls or messages and has cut off all communication. Craig is a scam artist!!!!!

No stars. Please beware and don't hire this this unprofessional liar. RED ALERT on BBB under Craig Trudel Developement and Clear Developement. Don't make the same mistake that I did. Look elsewhere please.

If I could give this company no stars I would. DO NOT...I repeat DO NOT hire this company!!! Craig Trudell Development was hired to complete roof repair work on our house. After receiving the down payment, he said that he was not doing the job because it was too dangerous and a refund would be sent. Fast forward to 4 months later...no refund, no work done, complaints filed with the BBB, police reports filed! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN/COMPANY!!! You will regret it! We do!
