Never again! On a Saturday evening at around 9PM (this is a 24hr. joint) we decided to pull into Bill's for my first time and grab a breakfast for dinner. Between the two of us we had pancakes, a waffle, bacon, sausage links and patties (as thin as paper), and hashbrowns. The only things truly good were the eggs and the hashbrowns. The bacon and sausage links were served BARELY luke warm and tasted old and stale. The sausage patties, what there were of them, was warmer but NOT FRESH despite what the server said. The pancake tasted OK but had the texture of a 50/50 mix of pancake batter and grout. And the waffle was only a tiny bit better than an Eggo frozen waffle; a tiny, tiny bit better, only, and so cold the butter on it never melted. The coffee was average. This restaurant needs a visit from Gordon Ramsey and his restaurant repair crew...STAT!! Never again. We'll go to White Castle first and get some bacon and egg sliders first. Thank you for your time. Avoid Bill's Pancake Houses!
