Amazing! The store was very organized. Each toy type or theme was in it's own isle. I was amazed how many things were on the shelves. The amount of Star Wars, Superhero and Disney Infinity toys were on the market and well supplied at this store. I was also asked if I needed help finding anything. Although I was not looking to see if there was signs to each of the products, but having the shelves filled spoke volumes. Six isles of building blocks each with it's own theme, nuts!I did notice when I walked in there was a Skylanders area devoid of all of the toys, but there location in the electronics section made more sense. I will go back again.

DON'T EVER USE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK!!! I'm usually a very positive person, and every time we've been in need of the "customer service" desk, they have been AWFUL! The first time was when we bought a simple mini-basketball as part of a present for my daughter, and it took them literally 30 MINUTES to find a price for it, when there was an ENTIRE bin of them right in the area we told them they were. Secondly, I stupidly (don't ever do this at this location, either) ordered online and instead of paying almost the same price for shipping for my two small items, I opted for in-store pick-up. DON'T DO THIS!!! I waited for 45 MINUTES for my two small items at the lovely kiosk they have to scan in your receipt, and after scanning it 3 times and pressing the "customer service" button on the kiosk, I finally had to leave, so I wouldn't be late to a doctor's appointment. It was only after I called the store manager and had him personally put the items at the customer service desk for me when I got my items! UGH!!! His excuse was that they're "very busy during this time of year." Yeah, right - I was there from 1-1:45, and I got a front-row parking space and there were NO LINES IN SIGHT!!! BEWARE TO ALL MY FELLOW CHRISTMAS SHOPPERS! DO NOT DO STORE PICK-UP AT THIS LOCATION!!! The only reason I did was because I've done it before at Babies R Us and the items are right at the desk for you - literally a 5-minute (at the most) waiting period!

They have so many toys to choose from and the prices aren't too bad either. I wouldn't do the Geoffrey birthday club because all they do is give you a shopping cart that says it is your birthday and they annouce it over the intercom. They make it out to be something really special but all you are doing is going shopping with a sign saying its your birthday.

This store has just about every toy you can think of. If they don't have what you want the will call other stores and order it for you. I was very happy with my experience here.

While Toys R Us has tons of toys, they take back absolutely no returns without receipts. This makes it difficult if you lose the receipt or don't want to ask the gift giver to give you one.
