poor customer service i always go there for a bacon and cheese sandwich and each time the cashiers have to ask how to ring it up like seriously??!! after a thousand times youd think theyd know by now their empanadillas are dry and barely stuffed and they're constantly changing their prices on things how about better staff!!

What an awesome bakery! Customer service is great! I tried the pulled pork sandwich with mayo and white American cheese! wow it was better than expected!!! The bread (pan sobao) is soft and a bit sweet but not overpowering!! I also tried their chocolate cake, and it was exactly what I was craving, It was moist and there was melted chocolate fudge and whip cream in the cake. I will be coming back to this place often.

Great place to eat and now coming soon arroz con gandules and more wow authentic Puerto Rican cuisine!!! Awesome prices!!

Who the hell sells a sandwich without cheese, mayo, lettuce and tomatoes? I went to this place for 2 pork sandwiches and all I got was a dried, flavorless por with just bread. As a Latin man I am ashamed of these people who don't know how to season their pork!!! I've never had crappy pork ever before from anywhere and for the price they charge it's just ridiculous. Every bite of that crappy sandwich felt like I was chewing and swallowing shattered glass!!! Can't believe they would even use mayo like normal establishments. Oh and also had the worst "pastelillo" ever before. I don't mind paying for good quantity and quality but this place sure looks like they are overpricing because they aren't meeting their sales....



Oh wtf is it with all the young girls you have working the cashiers that don't know what their pastries have filled inside of them? Seriously they aren't hott and I rather have an 80 year old telling me with pride how delicious pastries are and what's filled inside of them!!!! Never again, I rather go to Hartford or make my own sandwiches...
