Brought my blazer in for an emissions problem related to fuel tank pressure test failing. He replaced valves etc. and charged me $300. Within a couple days check engine light came back on, same error code. I checked with a flash light and could see the metal tank fill line was rusted out. Brought it back and told him what i saw, he replaced for another $300. No problem since the fill line was replaced. I kind of feel like i got screwed.

I took my car to P & P automotive with poor idling and overheating issues. Both problems were addressed and my car is running great! The mechanic (Paul) kept me well informed as to what work he would perform and cost. I actually paid less than his original quote. Thanks again P & P Automotive!

I was telling my brother about this great mechanic my wife found in Manchester and he was telling ME about how he found this great mechanic in Manchester too. Come to find out, it was the same place.



They excel at the 3 major parts of auto repair.

3- They're honest.



I'm good enough with cars to do some repairs myself, but not good enough to get it right the first time all the time. Sometimes I just want it done correctly, one time, without the hassle. This is what P & P auto does for me. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

NEVER GO TO P & P!I took my car to P & P for a simple installation. A half an hour into the work order, the mechanic came out and told me I have a major problem with my coolant system and if I drove away without getting it repaired, my car would immediately overheat and thus be totaled! I know my car, and I would have known if I had a coolant issue. The mechanic showed me the spout at the top of my radiator that he claimed was broken, although I just had the radiator inspected two days prior. The spout had a clean break which leads me to believe the mechanic broke it off himself! P & P strikes fear into you in order to get a higher sale. They will destroy your property and force persuasion upon you to make you believe your car is in a state of life or death unless you take action! These guys are the scummiest hustlers you'll ever encounter. Do not take your car to P & P. Go to Meineke on Hartford Rd in Vernon or...Baco Auto on Main St in Willimantic.Stay away from P &P!

Fair, honest, and the best in the State. Hands down.

I had my 1st experience with P&P automotive a week ago and I must say these guys are top notch!! I had a problem with a brake rotor and they were able to take care of it right away and for a reasonable price. My 2nd time there my car needed a water pump and I needed the repair done asap their guys took my car in the same day and did the repair and had it ready for when I needed it! These guys are honest and do great work and would reccomend them to anyone. The prices are fair and the techs know their stuff. Any future problems with cars that I have I will be going back to them with out hesitation. Thanks again guys for a great and honest experience!!!!
