Not a good place to go. Many better options out there for the same money. Old antiquated coin machines, not the new card system, not HC accessible, doors don't self open, they still us, restroom not accessible 24 hrs, only were staffed daytime otherwise locked, small, tight quarters, hard to get around. Owner/staff always vacuuming w/wires all over the place when busy for their convenience without regard for safety concerns. Dirty old smelly couch in way of door & washing machines. Owner/staff takes laundry out of dryer when laundry isn't dry With there being 8 others dryers available for use. Owner appears to be wired differently-unhinged as she shouts to customers, very offensive and unprofessional, owner stands infront of the coin machine needed for machines and when you say excuse me because she's got her arms with wraparound, not moving in a confrontational stance w/her employee standing next to her says, in a bully fashion, "what if we don't want to?". Very unprofessional place.

There were no spots on the back of the sweatshirt, I offered to wash it but he wanted $20 dollars. He also said he didn't have time so I walked away. Tracy called a staff member and wanted $12 dollars. The staff advised they were not the boss and they would need to speak with her. My recommendation would be to wear a bib. One machine would not put 2 spots on the front and not in the back.

This is a very clean laundrymat! A lot of places I used to go were never even cleaned, but with this place, someone is cleaning right behind you! Not sure about the below comment, but I can assure you, this is the place to go and you can expect friendly service!

The dirtiest place I've ever been! The place smells like smoke because all of the staff smokes in the back hall. We left and all of laundry had grease stains on it. The disrespectful person on staff was so rude and tried to start an argument with me. B would never ever go here again!! Horrible horrible staff and filthy facility! They offered us nothing but poor customer service and a bad attitude!! Karma will do its job!
