Was looking for first new vehicle in 9 years - Toyota and 3 other makes... Nazmin was awesome and patient with me as I took my time researching and processing all of my options until I ultimately decided the Toyota Highlander was the best choice for me and my family. Love her - she stayed on top of everything the whole way through - even came in on her Saturday day off to close the deal with me in person. Love my Highlander more every day - it's perfect. After purchasing (4) new Toyota vehicles in the last ten years at a competing dealership I was in the market for a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. The other dealership basically insulted me with their offer on my trade-in. I thought that my business and loyalty meant something but evidently not at my old dealership. I visited Lynch Toyota and was treated as though they had known me forever. From my initial introduction to Abed Wahed the Sales Consultant, Nick Saffioti the Sales Manager and Julie Olsen the Finance Manager I was overwhelmed by their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail. I am extremely happy with the treatment I received and would recommend Lynch Toyota to anybody looking for a great experience.

I've been very happy with my experience at Lynch Toyota. I've purchased many cars over the years and been a regular for service. Most recently I visited other Toyota dealers in CT before settling on buying my new Corolla here at Lynch once again. Very fair, straight forward pricing and no games played here at Lynch. I didn't have a good feeling at the other dealerships I visited and when I got all the details at Lynch I found out why. The others were simply trying to take advantage of me with a bunch of hidden fees. Thank you for a great, trustworthy experience Mike!

Poor customer service & attention to details...

I purchased a used Tundra from Lynch Toyota and was promised 4 new original equipment tires and a new factory rear bumper. Upon delivery of the vehicle they installed cheaper generic pieces. Also their body shop broke off 2 mounting bolts on the rear bumper and did not drill out and replace them. A full tank was promised also and tank was empty upon delivery. I had to go back and fill the tank myself. The front brake pads were making noise after 600 miles and needed to be replaced. These were not checked before delivery. Also the serpentine belt is noisy, all this on a Certified Toyota Vehicle. They make you feel like these problems are your fault and are uncooperative in resolving these issues. They also don't return phone calls. Everything is great before you purchase the vehicle but once you take delivery and have problems they want nothing to do with you.
