We have worked with Frank’s for a while now and they have always been extremely helpful and understanding. Highly recommended!

This was my last resort as I needed a car asap; same day I got home check engine light came on; 2 weeks later battery died; the "owner" was rude very very unprofessional not apologetic about anything was being a real unconcerned person when I expressed how inconvenient this experience has been with them and I am losing time at work to bring a car they claimed was inspected back and forth to them within a 2 week time period. I WILL NOT recommend anyone to go here; if you have bad credit I really suggest just saving up atleast $3000.00 and go to another pay here buy here place. The mechanic was the only nice one..go figure.

I would recommend. I bought a car less than 2 weeks ago, and the check engine light is on. Took it in for service and when it's on the lift, they noticed the rockers are rotten and the frame in the front. It's not Frank's fault since they send out there cars for the safety inspection and it was missed. They put me in a whole other car, without any added expenses to me. And I get oil changes on them for the life of my loan (2years and 8 months). I am having a great experience and would highly recommend. And they guys have been really nice. A+++

I would NOT recommend this place. I purchased a vehicle (an expensive one at that - worth no more than $7,000 and it was listed as $11,000 plus interest.) I have been in for repairs numerous times and each time they treat me horribly. They have no manners and have no interest in making the customer happy.

For those with poor credit - I suggest saving up the $2,000 or $3,000 for a down payment and going to a well known dealer. That is what I will be doing for my next car. This is simply not worth it. My two month warranty is up and my major repair has yet to be fixed. I have a feeling I will be spending hundreds of dollars in repairs soon. I will be going to another shop. I don't trust Franks Auto.

You have to read this!

At first franks seems to be a wonderful dream come true to those of us who have bad credit and your car just broke down! All you need is a job! Anyways the payments are high and they get you for the final cost which is fine if that is the only place you can get a car from. I had many problems with these guys not the manager but the guy underneath him. Not too sure where hes coming from but he talked to me in a way that my father has never and it made me wonder if he had any kids. He was so rude and basically said he wasn't sending me my title. I paid my car off awhile after it was due i admit that but had a lot of problems and i take full responsibility for them being mad. Is that any reason to hold the title to the crappy car i had just paid off? I Sent them a check in March and they said my title would be here within 10 days after my check clearing do you know i never received my title? I had to call the new place where i just bought my new car to have them track it down because it had been over 3 weeks. Once they called my title was faxed over that day!!! In these bad times i think people should understand what other people have to go through and i know if franks ran their business that way then no one would ever pay. Even though i had many many problems with the car i bought it was fine i fixed it and understood that it was my responsibility to pay it off. My only problem is the guy i had to deal with he was not a professional telling me he didn't care what was going on and he made me cry!!! Well you will be happy to know that i went to a real dealership and bought a new car that is 5years older then the car i bought from franks for the same price with a 3 year warranty.
