I have rented a few cars from this place, and most recently twice in two weeks. The first car was dirty inside and out, and I requested that it get vacuumed before I left. The second car that I rented last week was disgusting. It was smoked in, had stains all over the seats, sticky substances all over the door, steering wheel, center column, back seat had leaves on it, as well as stains all over the seats. I would never rent from this place for personal use. The employees who work there always make excuses as to why a car is in bad shape when you receive it. There is no accountability there.

From the moment I made my reservation to when i dropped the car back off my experience was great. Susan's greeting when I walked in the door acknowledging me by name made me feel as if I am a valued customer. Appreciate the cleaniness of the vehicles each and everytime.

Got an inexpensive rental here . Office was clean, staff were super friendly and the car was clean and brand new with about 1700 miles on it.

They advertise cheap rental cars. And they provide cheap rental cars... However, you get what you pay for. Hertz was a couple dollars more, but they had much newer and nicer vehicles.
