The worst experience ever. Myself and another person were stereo typed as soon as we walked through the door. Her secretary was so rude disrespectful and racist. I had 2 individual with appts. Is the reason why I was there. Her secretary's disposition is so nasty. Her secretary decided to go into the room where 1 of my individuals was and stated that myself and the other staff was a (b) curse word. In front of their patient which is my individual which then came back andentioned it to us.So i Then report this to her boss which is Marcella A. MacDonald and her response was WELL GO FIND ANOTHER PODIATRIST. Both of their behaviors were totally unacceptable unprofessional. Is this how people who work with individuals with disabilities get treated? Is this the type of treatment people receive because their skin tone is darker than yours? I WILL NEVER GO TO HER AGAIN! ALSO IF YOU ARE A MINORITY WALKING INTO THAT OFFICE BEWARE OF THE TREATMENT THAT I EXPERIENCED AS A HISPANIC WOMAN AND THE OTHER STAFF PERSON WHICH IS AFRICAN AMERICAN..
