Im really happy with my new Hardwood floors. Thay did an amazing job and very professional. I was recommended by a friend. She had her floors sanded and finished , They came out really good too, like new. well i hope this helps someone. thanks

First off let me say Brian and his crew are fantastic. I hired a low priced contractor to sand and refinish my floors. After agreeing on a price they called a day before they were going to start and said that it was going to cost $200 more, we had already moved out so we where stuck. They showed up 2hrs late and then took lunch. after they got started sanding they hit a staple that was in the floor and lite their sander on fire, then told my wife that this happens all the time and even burnt down a building! They told her that it would cost $600 more for them to finish the work because now they had to get special sand paper. I called a few friends that are in the flooring business and they said that its a scam. I asked the guys if they would finish for the price we agreed on they said NO! they packed up and left! so at this point I had a half sanded floors and nobody to do the work.

I called many places explaining my situation and was told by many people that they would not be able to look at the job for one week and most did not even get back to me after leaving a message. The one that did said that they had no openings for two weeks, then I called Patrick Daigle and Brian picked up (that was a plus) I explained what had happened and he said he could come out the next day. I told him that I had a early morning meeting at the other end of the state and had to be on the road by 7am. Brian said " I will be there at 6:30" the next day at 6:15am he pulled in my drive way. After talking I was figuring it was going to take at least a week or two to get to my house he said if you want me to do the job I will fit you in to my schedule so you can move back in. The guys started that day!! We had some stain in the floor and Brian even came back between appointments to work on lightening up the spots! Later that day his guys showed up and got more done in 2hrs then the other guys did in 5hrs.

Brian started when he said he would and finished ahead of schedule! I will refer this company to anyone that mentions hardwood flooring. The crew went above and beyond to make our floors look amazing!

Owner/operator Brian Daigle provided true customer service and explained every detail of the job - wood selection, timing, stain options etc. His crew , His uncle and son , was polite and professional and the finished product is absolutely beautiful - I receive complements every time some one new comes to the house or when I show people pictures.

Just had my bedroom done and Floors look great. What a difference having a professional doing your job. They were respectful and highly skilled craftman. They were on time every day. Floors are smooth and shinny. Dust was not to bad. I am glade we went with the oil base finish. We wanted water base but after talking to Brian and saw the difference in color . The oil looks more natural. Thanks again

We just bought a new home and called someone who was local. We quickly realized we had hired a dishonest company. We needed help. I contacted Patrick Daigle Flooring because of the great reviews they had. I told him about the problems we experienced and we were moving in that weekend. He moved some jobs around and worked late to help us out. The floors look great. New again. I was very satisfied. His workers are great, Brian, his son and 2 uncles. I wished I called them first

Patrick Daigle just refinished our floors in a home that we are renovating for sale in Wethersfield. Brian showed up a couple of times during the process to check on his crews and make sure everything was to our liking. There were also Pine floors in the kitchen that had been covered by vinyl flooring for years. They did a fantastic job sanding them back, and staining them to blend in with the cabinets and counters we chose. Work was done when they said it would be and his crew took the time to make sure the job was done correctly. Brought the house back to life for sure!

Patrick Daigle Flooring installed all of the hard wood floors when we built our house four years ago and he did a great job. Anytime we have needed additional work or something fixed, most recently a gauge in the floor, he was prompt, neat and has done amazing work. There is no one better than him! I highly recomend

Great Job. They just finished my wood floors and they came out great. The owner explained every thing to me . The job would take 2 to 3 days to complete depending on drying time. It took 2 days and they came on time every day. Brian told me there would be some dust , but his machines has a bag or vacuum on them to collect the dust. The dust was not as bad as he made it out to be. My floors looks new again. Nice friendly business
